In general Indica strains will naturally grow short and bushy where as Sativa's tend to be much taller. That being said any strain can be controlled in terms of height. Topping/Fimming or even tying it down will work wonders.

There should still be time for an auto flowering dwarf strain, some claim times of 8 weeks from seed. The autoflowers dont rely on a change in photoperiod to begin flowering. In fact from seed they begin to flower within a few weeks regardless of the light perod.

Overfed or not unless you enjoy the taste of chemicals, flushing is a good idea.
