Soil is an all purposed based ogranic indoor / outdoor plant potting mix... Not a lot of info on the bag to be honest... Beyond Aussie Certified for General Potting / Gardening Purpose.. What certified entails - no idea, probably not what these plants worry about o.O Will get some more pics...- Jigger87

Regarding the lights, I have pulled another out and found the following; SVLVANIA GRO-LUX F36W / GRO - T8 www.sylvania-lighting.com Made In Germany Nothing about the colours...
