Hi Am new here and have question How long can I grow at 18/6 before I flip to 12/12??

Need advice I made a mistake with my timer and was supposed to be 19 days in bloom cycle but realised lights still at 18/6 Have been giving them bloom nutrients Will they still be ok? Should I trim them? Or just let them do their own thing? Cheers
