oh mine isn't a clone but the humidity in my grow room has been from 10% at the lowest and been staying around 35% which from what i read is really low and looking for cheap methods of raising this looks promising but can it be done on a non-clone plant?

if it is close to maturity then wait it out. If it is a good week or so away i personally would go ahead and harvest the one plant and allow for full flowering on the others. This will allow you to test the flavor and quality of the buds to come.
I just installed a pair of 32watt T12 4ft Fluroscent bulbs in my grow room that is roughly 4ft by 5ft and 6ft high will this be enough to support both vegetative and flowering stages for 3-6 plants?
