This is my 3rd grow. I need some opinions on when to start nutes. Just want to make sure this one is good from start to finish. It's an AK48 fem. I've only fed distilled water to date. It's in BioBizz light mix substrate. It's actually growing great and I have about 7 good tops already. I...
This is my 3 week old AK48. I transplanted and topped it after too weeks. It's looking pretty good. I might top or fim again in another week or so. Haven't given any nutes. It's in BioBizz's light mix.
I've got the whole arsenal of BioBizz products. I'm pretty invested at this point. Changing nutes for me would be another big research project and more money to spend. I still think you got a cal or mag def though.
No prob. I needed all the help I could get on my first grow. Hell, I still have questions all the time. I don't think there's any plant that can be as simple yet extremely complex to grow as mj.
Yep, new growth from this point, in theory should not have burnt tips. That's want you want. Hopefully that should stop anymore burning on the ones already burnt. You won't know much for a few days I suspect. I think it's definitely going to help, not hurt. As long as the run off was...
Get a 40-60x loupe and inspect the trichcomes. Go read the pinned harvesting thread in the harvesting section. It explains all this in detail. That said, probably another week or two.
Nah, don't trim the leaves unless 60% of the leaf are either burnt or dead. Also, I wasn't saying to change your lighting, it should be fine. However, it wouldn't hurt anything. Auto's don't care as long as it's more than 12hrs per day.
A lot of people do 24/0 but I think plant do need some rest. Either way is probably fine. I did 20/4 the first time I did autos. I have another auto going now but doing 18/6 since its in a cabinet with a photo.
Also, I forgot to mention to make sure you don't get the leaves soaked or wet in the process. You plant is low and close to the soil so you need a pencil or something, even your hand to hold the leaves up while watering/feeding/flushing. I had this same problem on my 2nd grow. Mine were 3 weeks...
The purpose of this flush would be to basically not make your soil so hot and to stop the nute burn. So your flushing all the unnecessary nutes that are burning your plants. I don't know what your light cycle is but I would flush now. When I say now, I mean, at the start/beginning of your next...
I zoomed in and it looks like new growth tips are burning too. I think I would go ahead and flush it. You might not need to do a full flush which the standard for that is to run 3x the amount of water compared to the pot size. You might try running 2-3 gallons of distilled through it until the...
