So males dont produce any bud at all?

They are a little yellow but I think its because its been raining a bit lately, it rained quite heavy last week and they got just about no sun for 2 days and they went yellow then when they started to get some sun they went a nice green again, I might try some fertilizer just to be safe, thanks :)
