I don’t wanna get to crazy on lights but I’ll get what I need that will work when should I change lights during veg stage and to what?

Now am I good to run those two lights till the end or will I need to change them up?

Okay thank y’all so much I just don’t want lose my plants that would be a shame my leaves looks great just growing to tall but now I know why cause they weren’t under enough light

I had 100 watt on and my stem was growing faster than it should so I figured it needed more light

It’s says 250 watt on box

I just changed to this light 250 watt led and put it 10” away will that work ?

It just a hanging light with a regular 100 watt led should I bump it up to 250? And I’m growing mine in a grow tent

100 watt first I had it about 6 inches a way so I moved it closer to the light when I saw it stretching so bad now I’m about 4 inches from the light.
