Im getting these black spots now :(

Should i do 24 hrs of no light then turn on the lights starting with 12/12?

So am i letting the soil stay dry for too long?

Can you also help me identify this problem?

Around 50 days veg. Im going to switch lights to 12/12 in 14 days.

The white leaves are light burn

Indoor/around 50 days veg/bag seed/miracle grow potting soil moister control/7 cfls 11,000 lumens total/water when top inch of soil is dry/very little worm castings tea/i noticed it right before i made this post/and 2 leaves did did get light burn so maybe it cause that leaf to get like that?/

I fed my seedlings with wormcastings and they are like this now? Also could be from having them inches away from a 1600 lumen cfl lol

Ive been feeding my plants with wormcastings and dry seaweed in water strained of course. Also added a teaspoon of sugar to try help with microbes and healthy bacteria . Does this sound good?
