Beers cups work. Great for SOG style grows & 12/12 from seed to keep them small. I like to use tupperware containers. The don't take up too much vertical room yet still have a large area for root growth.

Tinfoil's no good dude. Creates hotspots, plus not as reflective as lets say mylar, even flat white paint works.

I was watering today and got molasses all over some of my lower popcorn buds. I'm on my first grow, 1-2 weeks from harvest. Will this affect anything?
