2 days after feeding my plants, my northern lights leaves have this rustic amberish color on them. What could this be?

My last grow I used general organics in my soil and didn't like the results, what is better?:leaf:

The stems got pretty dark, twisted leaves, whitish crispy and some burnt tips, also the plant was kind of streching towards the light

I have 4 Querkles and only one out of the four plants that are 15 days old and the leaves are curling, shriveling and feel dry? This plant is also much smaller and behind on its growth compaired to the others :leaf:

When it comes time to flush my plants, what should my plant look like? Should all the leaves be dieing or while they are still yellow.. how done should the trichomes be?

The water leaves! Trim right after the harvest? Or wait until the buds dry a little on the outside and trim the whole thing at one time?

I just planted my seeds 3 days ago, this morning they just started to pop out of the soil. When can I put them under a light? I have a MH for veg. Should I wait until its a few inches tall or a few weeks old?

I am also germinating, this is my first time germinating my own seeds, my last grow I did it from clones.. what I did was take a shot glass and fill it half way with filtered water and put a seed in each glass, covered it with a black bowl and put it in the cabinet for 24 hours, I had to let 2...
