Holy OverFed Cannabis Batman! (Or: Watering is not the #1 Newbie Problem)

I did write a book, turns out the major advertising channels don't allow cannabis products. I figured I'd come here and start explaining what I've been doing, you can see how well it's been received. LOL

Excuse me? Where do you see anyone posting what I'm talking about? "Common Knowledge, wrapped up in sophistry," what a crock. Did you miss this phrase? "High values of Cd accumulation achieved cannot be explained exclusively by passive ion uptake. Immobilization, by binding to the cell walls...

Removing leaves would further reduce the need for nutrients and slow transpiration. Not really something I'd recommend, probably have poor results. I really have no experience with it though.

RH in jar at 63% - leave closed?

Appreciate the feedback. Do any of you who dry trim, have drying environments where the humidity and temperature are controlled?

They may contain elevated levels (for cannabis anyway) of other elements. This pattern of behavior points to the plant being capable of doing the same with other elements, not just heavy metals. "Outside the ionic uptake" What happens when you amend the soil with too much silica? You have to...

RH in jar at 63% - leave closed?

I can see drying with the leaves on helping slow the dry process. The length of the drying process is what I've noticed makes the biggest difference in smell potency. (all growing being equal) Do you guys that now dry trim, notice a longer drying time than when you trimmed wet?

Much appreciated. Be sure to post the results. ;) People finding out the info seriously upgraded their flower quality will get it out the quickest. I'm really going for the long haul. I know there will be growers that come across this and truly benefit from it, it will just take time. It did...

I don't work in photos? I originally began growing 15+ years ago in nevada, not a state you want to take photos in. I then moved to areas of Cali where it also would not be good to post photos. I guess I never really got out of the habit? Life is strange, I roll with it.

Holy OverFed Cannabis Batman! (Or: Watering is not the #1 Newbie Problem)

I understand, I'm coming from the point of extreme quality and extreme sensitivity. As you can imagine, there's very little. I remember the cadmium http://link.springer.com/article/10.1023/A:1026113905129 https://www.google.com/search?q=cannabis+accumlate+cadmium&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 The silica...

Holy OverFed Cannabis Batman! (Or: Watering is not the #1 Newbie Problem)

Look at the dates on the other sites. I'm following about 6 threads across 3 sites right now. All in the last what, 2 weeks? I just picked up a nice camera 6 months ago and took a few photos. I've never been in the habit of photographing my grows but I'm definitely going to change that. I've...

Holy OverFed Cannabis Batman! (Or: Watering is not the #1 Newbie Problem)

I just got here. My methods run contrary to what the majority of growers believe. You're really going to cap on me because I didn't start a bunch of threads with all my info? It's a chore just keeping up with a few threads on this. I do have a life. lol

Kk :) I have Canna-Tsu now, ended up letting harlequin go as it's so much better for me. :)

Dynamic accumulators collect and store elements. Like legumes fixing nitrogen, cannabis stores silicon, potassium and cadmium. At least those are the ones I've found through research papers. The thing is, cannabis is capable of absorbing much higher quantities of some elements than we 'as...

Well that was unexpected! Thanks for chiming in. :) I haven't had that pink for a while, so whoever you are you got it a while ago. (Autism sucks for memory! LOL) Do you still have the pink? She messed my head up BAD for over 2 months from that run. lol Apparently seizure patients don't do...

Your ignorant requests will be ignored. The information stands for what it is and your replies will be ignored from this point forward. Have a great day!

Holy OverFed Cannabis Batman! (Or: Watering is not the #1 Newbie Problem)

When we're talking cannabis, that information does not apply in the same way. I've seen nearly the exact same explanation used by growers of low quality for over a decade now. Doesn't fly with cannabis, it's an herb and a dynamic accumulator. This is why I'm looking to talk to new growers with...

Holy OverFed Cannabis Batman! (Or: Watering is not the #1 Newbie Problem)

Why? Your job is to find the minimum feed level your plants thrive at, and note the color for your strain. Should I get the opportunity to torture some plants, on the side, I'll definitely take some photos to show the results. That will provide photos of at least one or two strains. Photos are...

I agree. The only time I have a hay smell is when I screwed up.

Nice to see another low feeder in the bunch. :) Those plants make me wonder if they'd do well with lower nitrogen? Makes me wonder if they're just really good at producing chlorophyll. Just the green color seems to be the most indicative. Once I know the best feed level for max growth, for a...

Holy OverFed Cannabis Batman! (Or: Watering is not the #1 Newbie Problem)

Oh, my goodness. See, this is the junk that needs to go away. This is PERFECTLY FINE for vegetables. Cannabis is not a vegetable. Seriously. If cannabis was a selective feeder (because the organic web only supplies what's needed) then why does Sub-Cool's supersoil (a heavily amended organic...
