It's hard to say from this picture but leaves usually will curl up due to heat stress. Certain plants have a temp tolerance so keeping a journal is a plus. If your using a grow tent try a closed loop system or try rising the light fixture up a bit. Another way is getting exhaust and intake fans...

I wouldn't worry too much about it since it seems to be the lower leaves. However if it continues one possibility is phosphorus deficiency. To make sure if it's that it would continue to bigger patches and the leaves will curl downward.

I cleaned it right before the cloning process.
