    Overwatering in DWC?

If it turns out to be the low hunidity, that's something I didn't really think could be an issue. I see high humidity talked about a lot as an issue. Not a whole lot of warnings about dropping to 30% hunidity

    Overwatering in DWC?

So.....it's a lot better..... I mean the leaves were just like wet before. You could tell they were just completely saturated. Some even deformed and soft. Humidity back to 48. But temps also drop to 70 during dark. So I don't really know if the second stone is counterproductive yet. To really...

    Overwatering in DWC?

So to say the least I wasn't looking for quality or any certain settings in my PPM meter when I got it. If it were to break I'd get a ec meter for sure.

    Overwatering in DWC?

I had no intentions of getting a Pom meter initially. I didn't know what it was. It actually came as a combo with my PH meter. Started using probably 3 weeks in.

    Overwatering in DWC?

I calibrate it. But I am naughty with storing it. I use it twice a day so I set it on the table outside my room on a clean paper towel in between.

    Overwatering in DWC?

He was extremely helpful.....got all the levels of each nutrient in my bottles and figured out the perfect mix for when I got them healthy and it seemed to work well. I didn't have any real nutrient problems after that.

    Overwatering in DWC?

Unfortunately ppm. But aside from trying to compare numbers with other people, seems to me it will do the job for getting an idea if the mix is too strong or not strong enough.

    Overwatering in DWC?

I'm still using tap, but I had a member help me with ratios of nutrient and how to feed based on ppm levels. My tap is fairly low in comparison to other I hear about so maybe that's why I've been ok? Tap is 180ppm of mystery matter. Looks like we are learning on the beat/humidity issue as we...

    Overwatering in DWC?

P.s. I forgot I'm the king of doing a million things at once so you can't tell what really did it. I turned off the humidifier today to also let humidity go up. But I'd suppose if that was it they should be better by lights on.

So it's not a golden rule but enigma hit the nail on the head in my case. At least I believe he did. Time will tell.

    Overwatering in DWC?

If someone had a smaller air pump that really couldn't take advantage of the extra stones then this rule would not apply as they would probably just get half the air flow from each in that case.
