ok,i have 20 plants, all growing great outside, is it ok to to bring them inside(i have them in pots)under 3 400w hsp lights?

ok,thanks guys.i have 1 more question. i have a lot where i can grow a few plants outside but there is a street light close by, will this keep the plants from flowering? i heard this somewhere before.the light is not that bright but its light none the less.please help.
