its been abandoned for about 2 years i think its foreclosed and what do you mean by 9 monther?

hey Im new to growing and i live in south florida and i plan on growing some plants at an abondoned house by were i live. do any of you guys have any tips? also should i grow now or later cause it gets alittle cold down here like 40s 50s do you think that will affect the growth?:leaf:
