About halfway into week 5 and I am starting to see a red hair here and there. All looks well. PH is dropping this year just like last year, but its not tanking low or anything. 6.0 to 5.6 in 24 hours. I don't think its abnormal. I could get better at canopy management though. PPMs are around 470.

I will say this. The lower you run your water level, the thicker the feeder roots leading to the main rootball will be. Seems if you run it higher, you will get more root mass, rather than having long thick feeder roots leading to it.
