I think your best bet would be to search craigslist and ebay for a couple cheap light setups. Your not going to be able to get 5lbs with that but your going to get more the more lights you have.

I'm far from a pro but if your only running 1 600w I don't think you need a 440CFM inline. We have a 725CFM fan that is cooling 4 lights and it keeps them cold to the touch on the side and very cool on the glass. I would say cut down on your cost and get a smaller inline unless you already got...

I wouldn't top during flowering at all. A good option might be to LST it.

We lollipopped our plants thinking it was better for the top and we are thinking we made a mistake. The plants that we didn't take a lot off are doing a lot better than the ones we did.
