I use a cermatic metal halide bulb. It comes in 3000K with 80 CRI. I can't see why you couldn't run that both in veg and flower. Check out its spectral graph: Philips CDO-TT 250watt

PS: I was wrong earlier. By my usual time table they are 3 weeks from harvest but I forgot that under this bulb the pistils were late to the party, ultimately prolonging stretch and harvest. So I'm thinking more like 4 weeks at least until harvest. Second PS I will flush tomorrow and immediately...
