Here temperature goes to 45c in Summers, In grow room led strips are main source of heat, and proper heatsink would be much expensive, so I'm thinking to use snow power filled in cheap u channel for heat dissipation and that might also help to maintain humidity in grow room.

Well again cv/cc is quite a topic to learn about, wiring??? What were your yield??? Are you running them with or without heatsink??? I'm thinking to run them without heatsink @700, will this be good idea??

What do you mean better diodes, Please elaborate. As far as i know LM301H now Evo are the best diodes available.
