Its all genetics bro.... some swell up sooner than others, and by the looks of the pic your plant looks to be on the sativa side, which means your flowering time should be more than 8 weeks,... Other than needing a little more patients your plant looks healthy ..

I currently have the same problem, using foxfarm tiger bloom as well... its not a def.. its most likely a heat problem bc it only seems to spread durring the hot days... Make sure your ventalation is good and make sure your light isn't too close to the plants.... you won't get your color back...

I hope your not going off the color of hairs, you should invest in a 30x zoom magnifying glass to harvest when ripe
