I tried the flora nova veg sample that I have also maybe I dint shake the bottle enough??? If I flush these with the sunshine 4 am I going to cause more damage to the plants?? My lights are off but I will post pics at 11 30

I’m having problems with my plants in veg. I have 1000 watt ballast with 1000 watt bulb dimmed to 500 watts is that overkill. My plants growth seems to be stunted I also switched from using coco w perlite mix to sunshine # 4 and I’m not sure whether it’s a heat or light or nutrient issue pls help
