i have a queston when you put your plants on 12/12 the packet says 9 wks to flower is that 9 wks from the 1st day of 12/12 or 9 wks from when you see the buds starting to form which normally takes 2/3 wks. when you add them together 11/12 wks total.i eagerly await your answear
