About nutrients - I'm diluting nutrients so ratio is about 1-3-1 and using only when plant have some nutrient deficit. Thanks for answers. Nah, don't want anything moving around my soil :D

Hello, After watering my plants I found some light brown bugs in soil. (see pictures attached) They are like 1bug on 4cm/2. Of course I don't know whats happening under soil. Is this bad and my harvest will be ruined or it is nothing big?
