Okay so heres my issue. I've got two bubble buckets tubed up to a 18 gal res. One bucket has A 10inch net pot lid and the other has a regular 4..or 6 inch net pot lid. The amount of water is always even in my buckets. The only way to make it uneven is to raise one bucket but I cant do that...
