I'm starting with CFL about 175 actual watts for veg. Bean just came through so I'll run with this and I'll add more light in a couple weeks .. I'm thinking going LED for flower and keeping some cfl with 5500 bulbs .. I'm using fox farm ocean with some organic soil mixed in with it a little bit.

First couple weeks after germination the FFOF can hurt some strains atleast it did for me once I stopped giving it straight FFOF it helped. But I'm no expert ...... yet

You are correct ... so what all should I use in veg then besides cal mag I have the cal mag from fox farm. Should I use some more nutes in veg I want to go about 6 weeks. And still what's the best flower nutes I want to stay simple but right . Keep the ph right keep a good temp plenty of light...
