Does anyone think i have a chance of saving my plant? My plant went in darkness for 4 days. Willl she still flower or is it going to hermy on me?

What do i do when i move plant from solo cup to the 5 gal for the first week or two? I would love some advice i have done some research on this topic i would like to hear what more people have to say

I put my plant in a 5 gal smart pot from a solo cup then after i put the plant in i gave it some water/food enough to get my bottom saucer filled with some water. Now im ready for the next step. So if there is someone that can give me some ideas id greatly appreciate it.

What are the steps to move my plants into a 5 gal smart pot from solo cup. i figured since the more root growth you get by steping it up to a bigger pot. its not nessecery to move it into a 3 gal first. If im wrong please correct me.

Water ph up and down but u need to make sure the ph is 6.5
