if you can get about 4 150 watt cfls go for it. get an all spectrum one. what kind of strain you growin. fuck ya do low stress training. i did that on my plant with 6 26 watt cfls. worked out great. 3 of the cfls were all spectrum and the rest were red light.

from what i herd, food coloring doesint work. the roots dont soak it up. it just colores the soil. not really but you get the point. neither does spraying the leafs with it.
