Except, if I didn't call, my app would likely be sitting somewhere waiting for that call. They didn't do anything about their error until I called. And lolz at overworked, I'm going to guess you don't have contact typically with city or state employees. I do daily at many different buildings...

Well I justgot of the phone with IDPH and it appears somewhere along the line someone transposed 2 numbers in my zip. So i need to wait 10-14 from today again. That's disheartening, though I suppose its IL, I should've expected something like this Crankier by the minute

I submitted 1/17, it's been 12 days since I contacted them and they advised 10-14 days. Nothing in the mail today. Ugh, another kick in the crotch!
