I have two small females that are just two weeks into flowering and I wanted to know if I can still transplant them into bigger containers without too much shock? Thanks for any help.

For the size you have, I would wait about another week, until the plants have three or four sets of leaves, then flower them. Even if they're only a few inches tall, they are still gonna grow quite a bit when flowering.
