I use their big bloom throughout my flowering as recommended by a friend to supplement my other nuts. He's been using it for years, so I'm assuming it's worth it (can't tell personally yet).

153 for a full setup with an air cooled hood on that listing. i picked up 400w for a tiny bit more and am just dimming them for vegging at 75%(300w)
