Cut after just 4 hours of darkness, will it still have a grassy chlorophyll taste?

Also I know that cutting it early will contribute to the chlorophyll taste but have read drying and curing properly can help this , it’s completely grown organic no nutes grown straight in soil with my tomatoes and sunflowers

Due to neighbours putting up new fence tomorrow need to chop as it will be noticeable. Also the weather has taken a turn for the worst and...
