have a micro cab........its around 9 cubic feet 3' high, 2.1' wide, 18" deep gonna run a LED light in it....i'v read they dont put out much heat... what cfm exaust would be reccomended?? i have a 4" axial fan which is 105cfm but it seems like its gonna be too much...

picked up a sterilite plastic cabinet i plan on setting up with cfls, gonna line all the walls with some sort of reflective material (mylar, etc.) the dimentions are abuot 26" long, 19" deep, 36" tall. what lights would you go with, and ventilation etc.....help apreciated!!
