what if they're yellow and dying?

so I recently got some nutrients for my plant. ( 1-3-1 ) just put it on her yesterday. I was wondering if it'd be okay to cut the fan leaves off so all the nutrients go to the bud. is this a good idea? first plant btw.

you thinks that's all I'll need is tomato fertilizer?

if I got the "Roots Organics Oregonism XL" would it be good for a outdoor plant in that that pot?? and it's in week 4 of flowering. should I put any nutrients?
