Just noticed these bugs in flowering room , I'm 4 weeks in flower. I have a 4x5 closet stuffed with leaves and of course bud. Now I need to learn how to spray in flower.

They are eating the leave tops and some leaves have holes. I Sprayed neem last night. Only see a few at a time at present, but at one point there were about 10-20 to be seen at one time. I'm ready to transplant and don't think it's a good idea if I see bugs, or is it?
