What the heck i s wrong with this plant? I'm sorry to just jump on this thread but i cant seem to get any help. I'm about 3 weeks in using about 100 watts of cfl and feeding once a week with jacks classic, just using some soil that was laying around (expert) this thing looks sick

Hey everyone, this is my first real attempt at growing and i have only one issue so far and feel that it could be from a few different things. My plant is just over two wks above ground and is only like 2 in tall with the third set of true leaves just starting to poke out. Seems slow and tiny...

What do you think of this for about a week and a half above ground, does everything look good?

Thanks for all the advice guys, and i dont run the heater unless i'm home and it stays on low facing away from the plant, also i have noticed very slow growth, it has been above soil for about a week and is still very tiny
