can't go through into the attic? There's no attic, it's a basement.....it's concrete walls with a concrete ceiling. how is the room ventilated heat air? Yes, heat air with fans. how big is the room, how big I the grow? 10 feet X 6 feet with a total of 6 to 8 plants.
