Was hanging some outdoor to dry and noticed these they look like spyder mites I was wondering what there doing/where there going and what to do with the buds

I smoke with my trim helpers all year long but there my good freiends and there happy and always leave with nugs. When I help trim I get a oz a day! But I trim fast somewhere near 1and a half pounds in 8-10 hours
