need to make sure bag will drain otherwise things will rot! i've seen coco grows in poly bags with drains in a tray to capture any waste so yours could work i guess

maybe flushing with ro or ph'd water. looks like a nute lockup of some sort to me. good luck

i would support it somehow. it will pinch flow of completely. although depending on your plant, it might not be a bad idea to top it anyway. good luck

I was having algae prblems in tray bottoms and local hydro shop suggested coco mats. Unfortunately he didn't tell me they weren't ph...

check out the mj growing problems under forum tab. has pics that match with problems and the fixes too. are these in styrofoam cups/ need to be able to drain water out/could be getting locked up. check stems for purpleing color. if so flush with 5.5 ph water

i use a pump in my res to stir the water up for at least 24hrs and adjust ph as necessary after that

you also need a ppm meter to keep nutes stable

you can put some shallow water trays in there to boost humidity. 50% is low for veg. I'm at about 65-70 on a dwc/bubble in veg and 55-60 in flower. seems to be working real well. my first dwc/ 3rd week of flower, and loooking goooood!

Is your hood vented/ducted? If so pull the room air across bulb and out of room with fan. Should help alot.

no light at all. friend had glowing moon and stars on ceiling and light leaked into grow box through the fan on top and hermied his plants.

That's why I stopped using gel and went back to powder. Seemed stems were blocked from any moisture uptake(has same kind of stem rot you have there). Not even misting and closed dome helped. Went back to rooting powder and have had excellent results since.
