If it it’s bud rot starting what should I do? And what could have caused it?

This is my White Widow plant 10 weeks since 12/12 light flip. All hairs are brown. Waiting on pistols to recede and calyx to swell now. My problem is it seems my bud leave are dying and all fans have turned yellow now. I also found a small aphid problem yesterday. Is this normal?
