cheers .... what if they are half dried ?

Ok there are a few dried/dead leafs on my plant..... do i remove these or leave? im a few days into flowering - ive seen a post where someone says trim them off as the suck energy from the plant but others saying that they plant needs its leaves during flowering?.... so do i trim them or do they...
