First time grower at week 3/4(pics)

I wouldn't be worrying about those bags, it's no big deal 'speacially with weak lights outdoors maybe not such a good idea. Some of your plants may be males you know ? (bagseed might be from hermies and they're all female though) a easy HID light source is a outdoor High Pressure Sodium (HPS)...

    plants wont sprouT! :(

cfls are ideal for seedlings but you can use HPS 9 inches is equal to sunlight level, no need to light starve them just because they're babies, in the wild they sprout in full sun.

your grow looks excellent for a first grow and just a couple tubes. You know your going to have to beef up the lighting real soon ? leave the transplant 'till your ready to flower 5 gallons is pretty big unless you're planing on a 600 or more watt HID light later.

    plants wont sprouT! :(

nothing you said you were doing was really bad though so maybe your seeds are duds as mentioned ? My only guess is the soil dried out and killed the root tip once that happens it's game over.

    potent high yielding indicas

depends how big you want them to finish (your light setup will dictate that) outdoors I'd go 8 weeks to get a 5 pounder

    plants wont sprouT! :(

maybe the soil is no good, but never use those jiffy pots again, they are terrible. the sidewalls dry out and kill the roots near them. use a plastic cup.And it's tip pointed up. you don't need light on them BTW.

    Curling and Yellowing Tips

a proper flush is 3 times the volume of water to volume of soil, just water it first to the point of runoff let that dissolve all the stuff in your soil and then flush it out good with the rest of the water. I do a flush (not that heavy) once a week, maybe not necessary but it doesn't hurt either.

    Curling and Yellowing Tips

they look ok to me, tip burn is a sign of a slight over feeding. I'm no expert on FF but I hear some of the are too hot (overnuted) Easiest fix is a good soaking let that sit an half hour or so and re water to flush out the soil.

    FIRST TIME GROW (pics)...NEED HELP

lot's of people use it, there's no problems with yer grow so just lighten up for now. Overwatering is what kills more plants than any other cause, and being organic you don't need to feed them for quite some time.
