First off i cant cut a hole anywhere into my grow room to let air in, using the cracks in the closet door to get fresh air in.. What can i do to block out the light and still get the fresh air when i flip my light cycle to 12/12? All advice welcome! :?

Try using the yo-yos that allow you to raise or lower your lights to your plants! I agree with Grape on the tin foil. I'm a nube also but have seen foil used and was a bad idea all around due to heat issues...

can your seedlings get to much water in a tray and a rapid rooter setup?
