Can i use low consume bulbs for auto seeds? Urgent!

we are talking about low consume bulbs.

How many inches away from the plant should the bulbs be? They are one day old.. it just broke the soil!

the cotyledon look much longer but the little head that sprouted "the inside of the seed" is white and i have no idea why!!!
