If you get it promptly back to 12/12 you should be okay. Although 5 days is quite along time and could have put the plant in shock.

Incandescent bulbs are poor sources of light for a plant. Try CFL's they have a much better spectrum for growing MJ.

You don't have to kill it. Just pull the male parts off before they open. You will still have some good bud.

You have to look under the top of the plant right under the first node. You will find white little hairs. The middle of the plant wont show its sex for at least the 2-3 week of flowering.

30" is still pretty high you can go to 18-20". If you see any damage happen raise the light. Im sure that will help them. Also i would suggest a 24 hour light cycle. Looks good though keep it up :hump:.
