I dunno what it is but its not a weed. Its stem and leaves look like marijuana but it smells kinda minty. I guess ill just take care of it and find out if it buds.

I had this plant start growing in my back yard about two weeks ago I don't think it is marijuana but it looks pretty similar can someone help me out and tell me what it is or if it is mj.
