I cant order anything online, and i really need to know what the best lights are that i can get in the stores i said above

I am about to start my first PC grow box. I have the PC, but that is about it. It would extremely helpful if you could just give me a layout for pretty good, but not budget crushing grow box. I would prefer if the materials could just be purchased at Lowe's or Walmart. Thanks ahead of time.
