What is root rot how can it be reversed and how it could be prevented in hydroponics

I took at the roots and they're a little brown most likely root rot if so how do I get rid of that

I'll try addin more nitrogen to it first if not that than magnesium

it was on the 4th week full strength and i only have the big bloom, big grow and tiger bloom do you guys know of any good nutes i can buy from home depot or something that way i wont have to use my card?

Nft I think I have one but I followed the fox farms feeding schedule so I thought it would be fine need sow advice about what nutes to get I kept the ph about 6.5 it has a 10 gallon reserve and it sits above it and a pump pushing air to the roots
