In ground, above ground, fabric pot or without?

I think the easiest is to grow in bags above the ground, less work.

    Hermie or normal?

Every watering I check over the plants by eye, since your'e so far along into flowering I doubt any changes will come. Nanners will stand out if you had them by now so I doubt it. Hopefully your buds will come out potent and have a bonus of seeds for next grow. When I first got my jewelers...

    Please help

To me it looks like it's due to the leaves touching the soil, I have some plants were the bottom leaves look like that from touching the pots and other leaves.

    Hermie or normal?

Since it's your 1st grow do you have a jewelers loupe to view the trichomes? I bought an inexpensive LED 30x-60x loupe from amazon for around $7 and it's a great investment for harvesting. The 60x is needed to see up close.

    Massachusetts Outdoor Grow 2019

My location is brutal for wind, I'm sure the only reason I still have plants is I take them inside during inclement weather and lately inside every night. I even devised a way to hold down the two bigger plants with wire nailing it down to the deck and they still seem like they will bend and...

    Hermie or normal?

Why chop it? I would continue as normal and harvest when ready, cure it and smoke. Save the seeds.

    Can my plant be saved?

I would not transplant, I would just feed and water until harvest. Sure that pot size is small and next grow go bigger but it should still come out fine, I have some clones in solo cups I wasn't going to use so decided to put them outside with the others and they are coming along good. I use...

    Hermie or normal?

Grab a few bracts and open them up and see if there's seeds.

Lime green foliage vs deep green?

I would probably start with that stuff the shop gives you. If you started the plants with tap water and they were fine until now I wouldn't think its a ph issue.

    Removing lower buds

I will trim before flipping to flower and then leave it alone. I think this is where the trial and error and experience comes in, I'm on my 4th grow and still figuring it out. I have 4 clones that I trimmed in different ways to see which produces the most.

Newbie First Soil Grow Need Advice

I wait to transplant until I think the roots have filled the cup/pot then transplant, they usually have grown a few nodes. I would be worried about damaging the immature roots transplanting that early. The goal is to have a nice full root ball in the pots.

    Balcony growing questions

Hopefully your balcony gets plenty of sunlight coming in, on my deck I have to chase the sun around. In the morning they start in one area then as the sun moves they finish in another spot. Also helps that my railing lets sun thru.

    Needing Expertise on pruning

I don't go in trimming everything, I will remove as needed. I noticed the plants I grow always cannibalize bottom leaves, I wont even remove those i'll let them suck up all the nutrients until it shrivels and falls off. Your plants look small and short, I wouldnt trim anything yet, I'd wait.

    Massachusetts Outdoor Grow 2019

Mine are coming along great even the solo cup plants are still alive. I've had them blown over a few times even when I just watered them so do take them inside when the weather gets bad, I sleep much better knowing they aren't being beaten by the wind. I'm really excited to see what I get for...

    Balcony growing questions

Autos don't depend on shorter hours of sunlight to flower, but they require adequate sunlight to produce nice large solid buds. It appears you may be facing south which is great but your'e balcony is set in giving you a short window for full sun. I see your neighbors have a thriving plant...

    Intake fan

I do not run an intake fan, just a hole cut in the door for a passive intake and make sure no light can get in.

Flowering plant hermy... Can i hack them off?

Try it and see what happens, only way to find out and learn. If you have another area to grow it in I would, hopefully get some seeds and buds.

    Balcony growing questions

Sure why not. I have a few on my back deck and because of the way the sun hits I only have 1 corner where the plants receive full sun. Looks like your balcony is 2' wide, I'd use 5 gallon plastic pots since you probably will be moving them alot to work on them.

Faulty grow room surge protector caused havoc......

It has dried spray foam on it, it's been very well used on construction sites previously. I decided to use it for the filter fan thinking it would be safer.... Guessed wrong. I'm going to try contacting the manufacturer and see about a replacement, I spent $30 on it back in 2005.
