i have installed 3 minisplits and 1 regular heat pump/split system made by pioneer and the minisplits perform flawlessly for me. i have seen them maintain efficiency when outside temps dropped in the teens. for price vs features its hard to beat Pioneer

can filters use pelletized carbon vs the crushed carbon in phresh filters... more exposed surface area of carbon equals cleaner air. no question phresh makes the best carbon filter available... for quiet and efficient fans its either the best, ac infinity or almost as good, vortex...

there is such a thing as a 3 phase transformer that can change 240 volt single phase into 240/208 volt 3 phase... essentially 3 phase power is available anywhere...solar installers are basically shovel jockeys...just above painters in the trade hierarchy
