Dragonflies are awesome. I didn’t pull off it’s wing, I usually stay away from them but this one was pretty mellow. Look at those colours and those big buggy eyes!

Do you get a mix of male and female plants from your seeds, or are they mostly all female? I ask because I read that a plant that self pollinates makes mostly female seed. I’ve had a cindy99 make nanners late in flower outside before but I wasn’t after seed from her so I just harvested.

They’ll last an easy month in my dry/cure room. I find them when I dry trim. Remember I told you I love ladybugs, so I can’t squash them like I do to most bugs, I get up and put them outside….

So ladybugs eat other bugs as adults. As nymphs I’m pretty sure they’re predacious too. Makes me think the larva is as well. So if that’s true, then unlike most bugs it’s not eating your plant. Maybe it crawled in there for aphids? I’m not joking about that, they’re a very aggressive predator...

I‘ve thought about how to get rid of them before. About all I came up with was washing the buds in water and H2O2. A good soak with some agitation might get them to let go. I never tried it; just decided they didn’t bother me that much. I have a lot of love for ladybugs.

Looks like ladybug larva to me. I’m in Eastern Canada and I’ve had them the last 2 years on my outside weed. Some will crawl out when I‘m trimming, some stay in the buds and die, some manage to go through the life stages in my house over the winter. I‘ve smoked many, still kickin’.

Do you run your solution level high for fresh clones? I can get droopy plants when I first put them in if I don’t keep the level up past the bottom of the pot.

If the intensity is good with 3, I personally don‘t think another would help. What wattage you running? 1000, 600, 400, 430? The best way to use extra light to improve your yield is to use it as side light and not overhead. If you have the room to that, then more light helps.

I meant do you feel the current lighting isn’t intense enough. If it provides enough intensity already then more won’t improve your yield and will probably hurt quality. Give us more info on your setup, pics are always nice..

Yeah bugs, pm and bud rot suck outside. Bud rot always wrecks the biggest, nicest buds too. I hate it.

The direct sunlight shouldn’t be an issue as long as the plant got hardened off to it. Direct sunlight is the best. That‘s probably why she didn’t burn up worse under that led. I personally think you’re good now. The new growth isn’t affected.
